Contractor & Subcontractor Registration

Thank you for your interest in working with ARIID Build and Remodel. This registration form is required for all contractors and subcontractors who wish to partner with our team on construction, remodeling, and installation projects.

To be considered for current or future projects, please complete the form below and provide the required documentation. This information allows our team to review your qualifications, verify compliance, and properly onboard your company into our vendor system.

Required Documents

In addition to completing this registration form, the following documents must be submitted to alex@ariidgroup.com:

1- W-9 Form

2- Certificate of Insurance (COI)

A current Certificate of Insurance is required prior to approval. The certificate must list the following entity as an Additional Insured:
ARIID Build and Remodel
1018 Market St, Suite C
Kirkland, WA 98033

Your insurance certificate should include:

• General Liability Insurance
• Policy number and expiration date
• Additional insured listing as shown above

All required forms and documentation must be submitted and approved before any contractor or subcontractor may begin work on a project.
